| long time not writing in here la.. all exam finish now? I think many people waiting for our activties, so we must do something. So, in a near times, we will have our first 2005 year meeting soon. The time I am not sure that this moment. I think u all got the email from bristol show. hope that we can have some performers on that day. Also, we should make something about chinese new year,so before meeting , tell me some idea please...

| many thx to our committee u all helpful in the christmas ball. although the environment in the room is quite noisy , we still success which let everyone feel the ball is good. Though this experience, I hope the next function will make better and better.

| ....during this week...there was very complicated things ...decided to change venue ...keep christmas ball ..but change the date..many many things came our last week..but today we utimatly decided not to change everythings. This is the best way don't let the things getting complicated and won't let the member confused..I understand most of committee prefer the christmas party. But we also know..christmas ball is the member expect for a long time already..
Our meeting tomorrow will decide the arrangement of the christmas ball. We will in Fion's house at 3pm.

| we changed many things in the christmas ball. firstly the date 7th December and the price are now 22pounds for member and 25 for non member..much more cheaper..i hope we can try our best to sell as many as possible before friday.next meeting may need to think what games and things we need to have during the party... | | |
| we have decided where u hold our christmas ball yeah..which is in the Jurys Cardiff Hotel on the 13th December. I hope I would be good in the day..but lots of things need to prepare before the date.We need to sell our ticket as quick as possible la...thx carmen find one hotel to us^.^
and yesterday we found one more chinese restaurant sponsor us. it is our good news again..hope it will get more and more restaurant sponsor us ^.^
and the next event will not be go karting cos we can't find the one we want yet.We will change to sing K,this event Fion will arrange it for us.The time and day will know it soon, so download what u want to sing la..and download more we can get to songs to sing.
